Your 2025 Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) will be mailed to the address on file within our system on or before February 2, 2026. Per IRS guidelines, employers are required to furnish W-2 forms to employees by February 2, 2026. We are committed to meeting this deadline to ensure you have your tax documents in time for filing.

If you have recently moved or need to update your mailing address, please contact us immediately.

Electronic W-2 options will be available as well on or before February 2, 2026.
