Rebecca has been an integral part of the UniqueHR and Unique Employment Services Management team since we opened our doors in 1991.
She has a true passion for providing impeccable service to our clients. Having spent 13 years as a schoolteacher, Rebecca understands the value of constantly learning and growing for both personal and professional development. As the Chief Operations Officer for the corporation, she is very proud of her “Unique Family” of knowledgeable and friendly professionals who serve our customers so well.
Rebecca oversees our Claims Management Department for Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Information Technology, Accounts Receivable, and ensures UniqueHR maintains all of our national PEO accreditations including Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX), Certification Institute (CI) and Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC).
Rebecca is an active member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. Rebecca also serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Self Insurance Association, on the Nueces River Authority Board of Directors by appointment from Texas Governor Rick Perry, and on the “Something Magical” Board that plans a fun, beautiful prom each year for special needs high school students in our area.
Rebecca was hand selected for Leadership Corpus Christi (Class XXIX), which included thirty elite business leaders who attended a 12-month program. She later served on the steering committees for LCC XXXI and XXXV. In addition, Rebecca has over 100 hours of professional courses and seminars from PEO University (NAPEO’s Education System) covering Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Payroll Systems, E-Commerce, Claims Management and Legal Issues related to the PEO industry.
